The 1970 trucks look just like the 1969 trucks with the exception of the addition of 12 horizontal fins to the grille background. The 396 cid V8 was replaced by a 402 cid V8 which was called the 400. A tilt steering column is offered with a 4-speed manual or an automatic tranmission. All engines have reduced exhaust emmisions.
